ABOUT PHOENIX LABOR GROUP
Phoenix Labor Group LLC is an industrial services and workforce solutions company with deep roots in marine and shipbuilding. PLG combines workforce support with direct construction, maintenance, repair, fabrication, and specialty-service capabilities.
Our foundation
Shipbuilding and marine operations helped shape PLG’s approach to skilled trades, production support, fabrication, repair, and field work. Marine remains an active part of the business as PLG develops opportunities in additional industrial markets.
Workforce support and direct project execution
Through Workforce Solutions, PLG provides personnel for customer assignments. Through Industrial Construction, Maintenance & Repair, PLG performs defined scopes under company supervision. The proposed work and agreed responsibilities determine the engagement.
HOW WE OPERATE
Shop and Field Capability
PLG maintains a permanent fabrication facility under in-house supervision. The facility supports fabrication, welding, repair, modification, and related industrial and marine work. Field capability supports suitable work at customer locations.
Safety as an Operating Function
PLG maintains an in-house Safety Department supporting company operations, employees, and field activities. Project-specific safety requirements are reviewed with the appropriate PLG representative.
Kingsmen Electrical Services
Kingsmen Electrical Services LLC is an affiliated but separate operating company. KES provides marine, industrial, and commercial electrical capabilities that complement PLG’s workforce and industrial services. Direct electrical contracting inquiries to KES.
Government and Procurement Inquiries
Contact PLG to request current company qualification and vendor-registration information relevant to your procurement process. Identify the required documents and the entity being evaluated. Requests concerning Kingsmen Electrical Services should be directed to KES.
Where our capabilities apply
Marine and shipbuilding remain core PLG markets. We are expanding the application of our workforce and industrial-service capabilities into additional asset-intensive markets. Each opportunity is evaluated against scope, qualifications, location, schedule, and customer requirements.
