Workforce Solutions
Skilled industrial and marine trades support production, operations, construction, maintenance, and project requirements. PLG reviews the trades, qualifications, schedule, and work environment required for each assignment.
Industrial Construction, Maintenance & Repair
PLG’s direct operations perform defined scopes using company supervision.
- Fabrication: Structural, marine, and industrial fabrication through shop and field capability, including welding, repair, modification, components, and assemblies.
- Abrasive Blasting & Coatings: Surface preparation, abrasive blasting, painting, protective coatings, preservation, and corrosion-control work for marine and industrial assets.
- Scaffolding & Insulation: Scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling, together with insulation support for suitable industrial and marine applications.
- Field & Mobile Repair: Welding, fabrication, structural work, mechanical work, maintenance, modification, and repair at customer locations, subject to the agreed scope.
- Marine Construction & Repair: A major PLG specialty supporting shipbuilding, vessel repair, modification, fabrication, structural work, coatings, scaffolding, and related requirements.
